Consent for Personal Data Processing

I hereby give my explicit consent to the members of the LEAP TO BLUE consortium, as data controllers, to process my personal data (full name, e-mail address, phone number, and company information) for the purpose of implementing the SME selection procedure for the voucher scheme, contacting me during evaluation and project implementation, and reporting to the competent authorities of the Interreg Italy–Croatia 2021–2027 Programme.

I confirm that I am aware that:

  • I may refuse or withdraw this consent at any time, and all processing carried out prior to withdrawal remains lawful;
  • I have the right to obtain confirmation of the processing of my personal data, to access my personal data and request a copy, as well as to request the rectification, supplementation or erasure of my personal data, and to lodge a complaint with the competent authority;
  • for any information regarding the processing of my personal data and the exercise of my rights (including the right to withdraw consent), I may contact rektorat@unizd.hr in writing;
  • my personal data, as well as any other personal data collected during project application, implementation or monitoring, are processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

Note: The members of the LEAP TO BLUE consortium are the University of Zadar (UNIZD), the Regional Agency for Technology, Technology Transfer and Innovation (ARTI), the Regional Union of the Chambers of Commerce of Veneto (UCV), the University of Trieste (UNITS), the University of Zagreb – Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing (FER), and the Croatian Chamber of Economy (CCE).
