Invitation for Brainstorming Session on the Application of New Technologies in the Nautical Tourism Sector

University of Zadar, partner in the DIH InnovaMare project, is pleased to invite all stakeholders from the nautical tourism value chain (charters, owners, marinas, skippers, etc.) to participate in an upcoming brainstorming session focused on the application of new technologies in Nautical Tourism Sector.

These session is funded by the Interreg Italy-Croatia 2021-2027 Program. More information about the DIH InnovaMare Project is available HERE.

Session Details:

  • Date: Tuesday, February 18th, 2025
  • Time: 11:00 to 13:00

The brainstorming session will take place at the University of Zadar, located at Ulica Mihovila Pavlinovića 1, 23 000 Zadar (Senate Hall). Participation is possible both onsite and online.

  • Dr. Dino Županović, Full professor (Maritime Department, University of Zadar)
  • Dr. Mate Barić, Associate Professor (Maritime Department, University of Zadar)
  • Dr. Ivan Toman, Assistant Professor (Maritime Department, University of Zadar)
  • Dr. Ana Gundić, Assistant Professor (Maritime Department, University of Zadar)

They will share their insights on important topics such as the shift towards green energies, simulation-based learning, smart navigation and digital platforms, and the significance of soft skills.
